Simply navigate to the products page you would like on subscription and select the subscribe & save option. Decide how often you want to receive your product & add to cart. The 10% discount will automatically apply when you checkout.

Yes ! All products are available for subscribe and save.

Before you can access these great features, you need to log into your subscription portal. It’s easy and where you will be able to see all your subscriptions. First navigate to your Account and log in. Under order history you will see ‘ See my subscriptions’ .

Once clicked it will bring up all your subscriptions. Click the subscription you want to pause , cancel, modify or gift.

Not ready for your next delivery? Click the ‘Skip next order' button as circled below.

You will need to remember to resume the subscription when you are ready to start receiving the subscription again.

Moving house ? Simply change your shipping address by clicking ‘edit’ to make sure your subscriptions go to the correct address.

Surprise friends or family by sending them your delivery one month. Merely change the shipping address by pressing ‘edit’ indicated in the above FAQ. Remember to change this back to your desired shipping address once the subscription has been delivered.

Cancel anytime by pressing the cancel button as circled below.

Currently we are unable to offer the ability to change frequency plan i.e. from every one month to two months. You can pause , change delivery date or skip to make your subscription work for you. To change your plan you will have to cancel the current subscription and reorder with your desired frequency.
