Competition Terms and Conditions 

By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by brain feed ltd. 

The Promoter is: brain feed ltd , Maclaren House, Lancastrian, Talbot Rd, Manchester, M32 0FP.

Who may enter 

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the planning or administration of the Promotion.

2. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.  

How to enter 

3. To participate in this Promotion, you must leave a video review for a purchased product on brain-feed.com via the review request email sent by our official review partner, Loox.

Closing date 

4. The Promotion closes at 23:59 (UK time) on September 25th 2025. Winners will be selected at random within 72 hours of the closing date.   

Winner selection and notification

5. One winner will be selected at random (using a randomiser website) from all complete, correct and eligible entries received before the closing date.

6.  The winner will be notified after September 25th via the email the review was received from brain.health@brain-feed.com

7. brain feed will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.  

8. brain feed will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

9. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and brain feed reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

10. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

11. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by brain feed for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

Prize 

12. The prize includes a 4-month (120-day) supply of brain feed’s product range, consisting of the following:

• 5-HTP: 1 pack (120 capsules – 1 capsule per day)
  
  

• Tyrosine: 2 packs of 60 capsules (1 capsule per day)
  
  

• Alpha GPC: 2 packs of 60 capsules (1 capsule per day)
  
  

• DHA: 2 packs of 60 capsules (1 capsule per day)
  
  

• Theanine: 2 packs of 60 capsules (1 capsule per day)

The prize will be delivered to the home of the prize winner within 14 days of the winner replying to the winner notification and providing a valid delivery address for delivery of the prize.   

13. The promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for this Promotion. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who contacts us via info@brain-feed.com.  

14. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being made available, please contact brain feed via info@brain-feed.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

15. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives. It must not be resold under any circumstances.

16. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

Liability etc 

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agent or distributors will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, it agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.  

18. The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control: a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion; and b) any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used; c) problems with the dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient); and/or d) any act or default of any third party supplier. 

19. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry. 

20. Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. 

21. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all participants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.  

22. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.   

23. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time or where it becomes necessary to do so. 

Personal Details 

24. The Promoter will use participants’ personal details solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including but not limited to sharing the winner's details with MSL who will be arranging the delivery of the prizes. 

25. The Promoter uses personal data strictly in accordance with data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all application data protection legislation. Any information collected regarding participants in this promotion will be treated in confidence in accordance with  brain feed’s Privacy Policy: https://brain-feed.com/pages/privacy-policy

English Law applies 

26. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
